Monthly reports
Once a month the agent closes the books for the previous complete month and stamps the numbers on-chain. Each report is a snapshot of what happened, and its sha256 is committed in a TREASURY-signed memo, so nothing can be edited after the fact. A closed book reports the past. It promises nothing.

3Check it equals the hash the chain recorded in the memo.
