VaultBags

Terms of Use

Effective July 29, 2026

1. Who operates this

VaultBags is built and operated by an independent developer, not by a company. There is no corporate entity behind it at this stage. These terms are written to describe how the service actually works today, and they change when the service does.

2. What the service is

VaultBags is an interface and an automated treasury running on public blockchains. Trading fees generated by integrated tokens on Bags are converted into tokenized real-world assets issued by third parties, and holders claim their proportional share directly to their own wallets. The mechanics, splits and fees are described in the documentation, which is part of these terms by reference.

The vault is a pool of claimable assets. It is not collateral, it does not back the token's price, and holding $VAULT is not a deposit, a security, or a claim against any person.

3. Verification over trust

Everything the vault holds sits in public wallets you can inspect at any time on Proof of Reserves. Daily allocation decisions are hashed and stamped on Solana before execution, payouts are committed to daily Merkle roots, and open-source tools are provided to recompute all of it independently. Where these terms and the chain disagree, the chain is the record.

4. Third-party assets

The tokenized gold, equities and treasury products the vault buys are issued by third parties under their own terms. They are not shares registered in your name, they may not confer voting, dividend or redemption rights, and they can trade at a premium or discount to the assets they reference. VaultBags certifies the mint addresses it uses against the issuers' own published documentation, but it does not control the issuers and makes no promises on their behalf.

5. Risk

Digital assets are high risk. You can lose everything you commit. Smart contracts fail, blockchains congest, oracles misprice, issuers freeze, markets gap, and automated systems have bugs. Past performance of the vault, of any asset in it, or of the daily allocation decisions does not predict anything. Do not commit money you cannot afford to lose.

6. Not advice

Nothing on this site, in the documentation, from the Telegram bot, or from the AI analyst is financial, legal or tax advice. The analyst is a language model reading public data; it can be wrong. You are responsible for your own decisions and your own taxes.

7. Your responsibilities

You control your wallet and your keys; VaultBags never asks for them and cannot recover them. You are responsible for verifying addresses, transactions and prompts before signing, for the legality of your use in your jurisdiction, and for not using the service if you are under 18 or subject to sanctions that prohibit it.

8. The service evolves

Features, supported assets and integrations change as the service improves, and a change that affects how rewards accrue or how funds move is documented, not slipped in. Two things guide every change: what holders have already accrued belongs to them, and anything paused for safety is paused transparently. The service is still software provided as is, without warranties, and to the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for losses arising from your use of it; that is a statement about the nature of experimental software on public blockchains, not a plan.

9. Changes and contact

Updates to these terms are posted here with a new effective date; continued use after a change is acceptance. Security reports and everything else via X or Telegram.
